South Park

South Park is an animated TV show created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. It first aired on Comedy Central in 1997 and is currently in their 12th season. The story centers around 4 kids, Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny as they go through all sorts of different scenarios in their little mountain town of South Park Colorado. South Park is known for its satires and parodies such as the "Make Love Not Warcraft" episode which parodies Blizzard's World Of Warcraft MMORPG.

If you have never seen South Park before I would recommend the episodes "Good Times With Weapons" and "Make Love Not Warcraft"
"Good Times With Weapons" is a particularly special episode known to many South Park fans as the ninja episode because they animators mix its regular contruction paper style animation with Japanese anime style drawings. The story starts with the kids at a county fair where they purchased ninja weapons from the far east. They begin playing in their basement and each character is given a ninja name. Stan becomes Shadowhachi, Kyle becomes Buraku, Kenny becomes Kensuke, and Cartman becomes Bulrog. I would tell you more about this episode but I don't want to spoil anymore of the episode.

Another episode I would recommend for people just starting to watch South Park is "Make Love Not Warcraft". This episode is focused on the kids obsession with Blizzard's World of Warcraft and starts of with some "giant butthole" going around killing the kids and everyone elses characters. It turns out that this person has played WOW so much to get a level the administration thought was unreachable in the beginning meaning that this guy has absolutely no life at all. Quality isn't the best but it is still watchable.

Kenny McCormick is one of the main charcters in South Park. He wears a distinctive orange parka with the hood on in almost every episode. Since his hood covers most of his face his voice is muffled so some people have a hard time understanding what he is saying. His face was first revealed in the South Park movie and shows that he is blonde. He comes from a poor dysfunctional family and his parents are constantly arguing and fighting. Kenny is picked on a lot Cartman for being poor but unlike Butters, Kenny always insults Cartman back by calling him "a fat dick" or a "blood-belching vagina." In the earlier episodes Kenny was notorious for getting killed in almost every episode and miraculously reappearing in the next episode. There was a point when he was killed off "permanently" but returned later in the series.
